Booking, cancellation & refund policy

Booking Policy: While advance booking using the services of santoshdiveclub, the following rules apply: A booking can be done before 07 days of activity. Booking can be done through our website at https://santoshdiveclub.in case of online confirmed bookings, an advance amount needs to be paid by the customer online while booking. The advance amount is based on the estimated total cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case, no cancellation policy is mentioned on the activity details page, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

Booking amount is non-refundable.

please be sure before booking any activity, your booking amount will only reserved your seat with if you dont show up on your trip date then your seat goes empty and we suffer loss.

in case of any emergency you can change your trip date. for this you need to inform us two day prior your trip date.
